NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF BUFFALO TWP. ZONING HEARING BOARD SPECIAL EXCEPTION / INTERPRETATION / VARIANCE – 2169 / 2175 GARDEN WAY

The Buffalo Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public meeting on November 20, 2020, at 5:30 p.m. to discuss and deliberate Todd and April Nussbaumer’s application for a special exception, interpretation, and/or variance of the Buffalo Township Zoning Ordinance for their property at 2169 / 2175 Garden Way Freeport, PA 16229. The meeting will be held at the Buffalo Township Volunteer Fire Company Building at 565 Sarver Rd., Sarver, PA 16055. Individuals wishing to attend must wear a face covering and follow all CDC and Pennsylvania Department of Health guidelines. Any individual wishing to submit comments in lieu of attending in-person should submit such comments to the Township by mailing or dropping them off at the Buffalo Township Municipal Building at 109 Bear Creek Road, Sarver, PA 16055, no later than 12:00 p.m. on November 20^th. Comments must include the commenter’s full name and address. Questions may be directed to the Township by calling (724) 295-2648.

3. In lieu of attending submit comments to the township office by dropping them off at the Buffalo Township Municipal Building by 12 pm on November 20th.
