a) The Chairman reads the Petition for the Amendment for the Zoning Change

b) Maps, showing location of the property

c) List of Property Owners within 300 feet

d) Butler County Planning Commission comments – see letter dated 2/21/19

e) Township Engineer comments – see letter dated 3/2/19

f) Municipal Authority of Buffalo Township comments – see letter dated 2/14/19

g) Township Planning Commission comments – favorable recommendation as per 3/6/19 meeting

h) Board of Supervisors comments: Approval for setting date & advertising for Public Hearing

i) Approval Letter from the Board of Supervisors

j) Legal Ad published in Butler Eagle March 27 & April 3

k) Proposed Amendment #1 to Buffalo Township Zoning Ordinance #135

l) After presentation of the above-mentioned Amendment by the Chairman, citizens will be given a sufficient opportunity to respond. All letters received through the mail, citizens’ questions and/or suggestions will be heard and responded to at this time.
