RESIDENTS \n             The Zoning Hearing Board of Buffalo Township will hold a Special Meeting on November 12\, 2019\, at 7:00 P.M. at the Buffalo Township Municipal Building\, 109 Bear Creek Road\, Sarver\, PA 16055.  Joseph Cene and Malary Cene\, 169 Beale Road\, Sarver\, PA 16055 (Parcel ID# 040-1F79-14H) filed an appeal with the Zoning Hearing Board regarding a determination by the Zoning Officer that the appellants are engaging in the activity of  raising livestock and/or animal husbandry on property that is Zoned R-2 Residential.  A hearing on the appeal was held on October 22\, 2019 and concluded on that date. The purpose of the Special Meeting will be to deliberate and render a decision in this matter based on the evidence submitted at the October 22\, 2019 hearing. \nHarry J.
